Copyright notices

Send a written notice to [email protected], addressed to CamCoco Inc. - Copyright & Content Removal, or use the mailing address below. This is our copyright contact; we do not represent it as a registered U.S. DMCA agent. Include:

• Your signature and identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
• The exact Camcoco URLs and enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material or links.
• Your name and contact details, including mailing address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement of accuracy and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Review and removal

We review sufficiently specific complaints and act expeditiously on valid notices as applicable. We may request missing information, disable a listing or link, notify the affected provider, and retain necessary complaint records. A suppression record prevents routine imports from automatically restoring a removed profile. We cannot remove material hosted by an independent website.

Disputed removals

If you are entitled to use the applicable DMCA counter-notice process and believe a removal was mistaken, send a signed counter-notice identifying the material and its former location, your name, address, and telephone number, and a declaration under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief in mistake or misidentification. Include consent to the appropriate U.S. federal district court’s jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the claimant or its agent.

Where the statutory procedure applies, a compliant counter-notice may be forwarded to the claimant. The applicable restoration period is 10–14 business days after receipt unless notice of a qualifying court action is received. Separate lawful safety or other removal grounds may still apply.

Abuse and repeated infringement

Knowingly false material statements in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. In appropriate circumstances, repeat infringement may result in removal of listings or termination of an applicable provider relationship.

Consent and safety concerns

You do not need to own copyright to report a privacy, consent, exploitation, or age concern. Use the published content-safety contact, identify the page, and explain the concern without attaching unlawful imagery. Copyright counter-notices are not a substitute for resolving those concerns.
