Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information used when you visit Camcoco, why it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to Camcoco’s own service, not to websites you choose to visit through external links.
Effective·CamCoco Inc.
On signup, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network information to prevent spam. After successful verification, SendX receives your email and subscription consent record. If verification fails, no signup is sent and you continue to the partner.
Information stored on your device
Camcoco stores your adult acknowledgement, saved profile identifiers, and privacy preference in your browser’s local storage. A preference record can include the choice, policy version, and time it was saved. There is no account to which these preferences are uploaded or synchronized.
Your browser may keep these values until you remove them, clear site data, or the browser deletes them. Private browsing or browser restrictions may prevent them from persisting. The Cookies & Local Storage Policy lists the storage keys and controls.
Information received when you browse
Your browser sends network and request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. This can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and information about errors. Hosting infrastructure may process or log these requests.
Search terms are included in the requested URL. Profile visits may reveal sensitive interests, so avoid entering personal or confidential information in search fields. Removing local favorites does not remove request records already held by hosting infrastructure.
Optional email subscriptions
Before a partner referral, an optional signup form may ask for your email address and express consent to receive CamCoco news and promotional messages about adult cam services. You can continue to the partner without subscribing. We send your email, consent wording and version, submission time, and a request identifier to our configured email processor to manage the subscription and retain consent evidence. The form is unavailable until that processor is configured.
Your email is not placed in Google Analytics events, affiliate URLs, or the redirect to the partner. We do not include the selected model, category, or interests in the subscription record sent to the email processor. Subscribing to email and allowing analytics are separate choices. You can unsubscribe using the link in each promotional email or contact [email protected]. We retain subscription and consent records while needed to manage your choice, honour opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties.
Messages and reports you choose to send
If you contact us through a published contact channel, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, correspondence, page URLs, and evidence supporting a request. Copyright notices and counter-notices may require contact details and declarations.
Send only information needed to explain your request. Do not attach unlawful imagery or unsolicited identity documents. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm authority or identity before acting on a privacy or rights request.
Why information is used
We do not use your browsing or favorites to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Optional analytics can be enabled through Google Analytics only after your adult acknowledgement and analytics consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are denied by the site. No third-party stream embeds are installed by this version.
- Deliver the pages you request and remember choices you make on your device.
- Maintain the service, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse or unauthorized access.
- Respond to correspondence, privacy requests, copyright complaints, and safety concerns.
- Meet applicable legal duties, preserve necessary evidence, and establish or defend legal claims.
Disclosure and external services
Service providers may process information necessary to host and secure the site or handle correspondence on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when lawfully required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
A copyright notice or counter-notice may be shared with the affected provider, claimant, or their representatives as necessary to handle the dispute. Do not assume that a legal notice will remain confidential. Unrelated personal information should not be included.
Camcoco does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. External websites receive information when you visit them and are governed by their own policies. Their use of information is not controlled by your Camcoco preference.
Retention and security
Local storage has no application-set expiry and remains subject to your browser controls. We retain correspondence, technical records, and complaint records for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, including resolving requests, investigating abuse, meeting legal obligations, and establishing or defending claims. Retention depends on the type of record, the status of a dispute or investigation, applicable limitation periods, and legal preservation requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law. Contact us for information about records relevant to your request.
Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need information for the purposes described in this policy. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. We do not collect payment-card details or identity documents through the current site.
Analytics and partner referrals
When a Google Analytics container is configured and you allow optional analytics, the site loads Google Analytics, provided by Google, to deliver analytics tags. Google receives technical information needed to deliver those requests, such as your IP address and browser information. Our application events describe general page types and interactions, including a saved favorite, popup opening, successful email signup, or partner click. They do not include email addresses, search text, specific model identifiers, profile names, or selected interests. A referral click is not a record of a completed purchase.
Configured analytics tags may use cookies to measure visits and interactions. You can refuse analytics or withdraw your choice in Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops application analytics events, clears common first-party Google Analytics cookies, and reloads the page to unload tracking scripts. It does not erase information already processed by Google. We identify enabled analytics and email processors and their retention settings before activating them for visitors. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for its processing practices. Partner websites receive request information when you choose to visit them, may use referral identifiers for attribution, and operate under their own privacy policies.
Optional analytics, advertising, and profiling technologies will remain off until you make an applicable consent choice. Where express consent is required, including for sensitive personal information, we will obtain it separately from acceptance of the Terms. You may refuse optional uses and withdraw consent through the controls provided. Withdrawal does not remove a provider’s independent legal obligations or erase earlier lawful processing.
Processing outside Québec
Hosting, communications, and future media or analytics providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, where different laws may apply. Before communicating personal information outside Québec, we assess the relevant privacy risks and protections and arrange the safeguards required by applicable law. You may contact us to ask about the service providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your information.
Your choices and requests
You can remove individual favorites, change your privacy preference, or clear all Camcoco local storage through your browser. Browser restrictions may affect the site’s ability to remember those choices.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to access or correct personal information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant privacy regulator. These rights may have legal exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
Use the privacy contact published with this policy to make a request. Explain what you are requesting and enough context to locate the relevant information. You do not need to create an account. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request.
Children and policy changes
Camcoco is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Report suspected underage use or information relating to a child through the published safety or privacy contact, without sending explicit material.
We will update this policy when services or data practices change. New optional tracking is not authorized simply because it is mentioned in a future policy; any required consent must be obtained before it is used.
Privacy responsibility and complaints
Send requests to the person in charge of the protection of personal information at CamCoco Inc., [email protected], or write to our mailing address below, marked “Privacy”. We may verify your identity or authority using information proportionate to the request. Québec access and rectification requests are answered within 30 days of receipt, subject to applicable law.
You may also raise a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or another privacy authority with jurisdiction. Our contact process does not limit your right to approach a regulator.
